I have a special need for the accelerator and the brake to be in at a certain level and size. The Tuscan is perfect. I'm enjoying my driving experience so far and don't see why it would change. More

Don't buy used! I purchased a used vehicle less than a month ago. Before I bought it I felt it drive a little funny. The sales man, Mike, also felt it. He said he would have his service dept take a look at it. He called me the next day and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that their only guess to why it was making the noises was because the fuel was low. I am not a car guy so I took their word for it. I test drove it again and couldn't get it to make the same noise. I purchased the vehicle after I was heavily pressured by Mike. It was clear all he wanted to do was make the sale. I drove it for two weeks and could almost pinpoint when it would make the noise. I took it back to Carousel and explained my issue. I took a tech from their service dept for a ride to show exactly what noise it made. The tech said it is a transmission issue and they would take a look. They were unable to take care of the issue so they took it to a competitors dealer to power flush the transmission. They assured me that it would fix the issue. It did not. After I had Carousel's team look at my car twice now I decided to take it to my service tech. He ran a complete diagnostic and deemed it was a cylinder in the engine compartment. He fixed it and charged me $800. The next week my battery died. I took it to Pasco and they determined it was 7 years old. I paid $140 for a new battery. I then tried to talk to the manager at Carousel to inform him my issues with the vehicle I purchased from a "reputable" dealer. Nick was extremely rude and said they would not give me any sort of reimbursement. I asked to speak to the next manager up. He rudely said "the owner doesn't come in often and he won't help you." I asked if I could leave a message for the owner to call me when he did come in and Nick hung up on me. I called back and asked to leave a message with the owner and they also hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Do NOT buy any used car from these guys. They are slimy and will take your money quicker than you can blink! More
