As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by James who was friendly and outgoing. He showed us the vehicle and let us test drive it. The vehicle we were looking at was not a Hyundai but a Chevy but James was able to offer several details about the car and car maker. I was so impressed I brought my husband back the next day where we were able to quickly get our trade in appraised and the negotiating process was quick and painless. We got a great deal and were very pleased with the whole process. We even had a key issue and James and JC were great about getting it solved for us. My second selection was the clincher: 2018 Hyundai, used with only 1,000 miles, including all warranties (a brand new car!) A black beauty with chrome highlights, gingerbread, and fits our budget. James was polite, respectful and truly interested in my needs. It’s clear that he wanted to assure my satisfaction. There was no hardsell/upsell nonsense. Communication was excellent during the transaction. On the paperwork side, Candice was both charming and professional, making it breeze to complete “business end” of the deal. By the way, pricing was quite competitive versus other dealers and thete was some wiggle room for negotiation. Overall i am quite satisfied with my experience. I have over 35 years’ experience in dealing with the public in financial services and I wish all of my professors interactions could go this smoothly. More

A Fantastic Leasing Experience from True Professionals These folks are the most caring, civil, and down-to-earth car dealers I have ever interacted with. Ken, the Online Sales Manager, does a great job at making the first introduction without being pushy at all and made you feel welcome and at home. Sam also showed us his commitment to getting us the absolute best deal in the state and also noting when current leasing deals were about to expire. Finally, Bill Still sealed the deal and truly went the extra mile to help us understand the new car and give us the absolute best service as we waited to process our lease papers. The entire staff stayed late so we could secure my lease before the finance deadline and even worked with me and my poor credit to get into a great car and start to rebuilt my credit at the same time. I Would recommend this team to anyone on any day! If you want to be treated like a real person and walk out feeling like you got a great deal on a great car, these guys are the way to go! More
