Great Car Shopping Experience We were looking for a used SUV and found one we liked at Piazza Hyundai in West Chester we liked. As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by Jam We were looking for a used SUV and found one we liked at Piazza Hyundai in West Chester we liked. As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by James who was friendly and outgoing. He showed us the vehicle and let us test drive it. The vehicle we were looking at was not a Hyundai but a Chevy but James was able to offer several details about the car and car maker. I was so impressed I brought my husband back the next day where we were able to quickly get our trade in appraised and the negotiating process was quick and painless. We got a great deal and were very pleased with the whole process. We even had a key issue and James and JC were great about getting it solved for us.
