Promises Promises then nothing Based on my interaction with Vallery and Ken, I would not recommend this dealership. Vallery was the first to respond to my oline inquiry about a San Based on my interaction with Vallery and Ken, I would not recommend this dealership. Vallery was the first to respond to my oline inquiry about a Santa Fe Sport. She assured me the car was available and the dealer would not need my SSN for a cash sale. A short while later, Ken calls to inform me that the car was sold in the morning, but he would try to locate another one for me. I told him one of my main concerns was avoiding identity theft, and I wanted him to make sure the dealer would not require my SSN for the sale and he would not let that stop a sale. He assured me that the SSN would not be required for a cash sale if no lien was involved. That was the last I heard from Ken. Pretty funny... Vallery was saying how Piazza isn't like any other dealer, this will be the best stress free sales experience ever, bla bla bla. Seems like any other dealer so far. More
