Piazza Hyundai of West Chester

I brought a beautiful 2020 Symphony Silver Hyundai Santa Fe from West Chester Hyundai in early February. My wife and I first noticed the Santa Fe at the 2020 Car Show in Philadelphia and had it on the top o Fe from West Chester Hyundai in early February. We took a test drive with our salesman Hakan and we both enjoyed the overall feel and look of the vehicle. Hakan explained everything there is to know about the Santa Fe which we really appreciated. As far as a salesman Hakan is a 5 star guy in my book. He followed through on all the things we talked about with the sale of the vehicle and l appreciated and respect that. So in my book he is a 5 star salesman and Hyundai of West Chester is a 5 star dealership. We would definitely comeback there for another vehicle and recommend others as well. Thanks, Carlos B More

expect no negotiation I selected Piazza Hyundai because I had an excellent experience with a different Piazza dealership in the past. I was disappointed that I was told there was “no wiggle room” on the price of the car I was interested in and I believe I paid somewhat more than the vehicle was worth. Even just accepting an offer of $100-$200 less than the online posted price would’ve left me feeling better about my purchase. I really didn’t like that there were 3 matching tires and one unmatched tire on the vehicle. I think it is unprofessional for a dealership to sell a car that way, even if the unmatched tire is fairly new, and addressing that issue would have made me feel better about paying the full asking price for the car. Overall, I am satisfied with Piazza. I think they try to meet the desires of the customer. They are not pushy and I had the pleasure of working with an excellent salesperson. More
