expect no negotiation I selected Piazza Hyundai because I had an excellent experience with a different Piazza dealership in the past. I was disappointed that I was told the I selected Piazza Hyundai because I had an excellent experience with a different Piazza dealership in the past. I was disappointed that I was told there was “no wiggle room” on the price of the car I was interested in and I believe I paid somewhat more than the vehicle was worth. Even just accepting an offer of $100-$200 less than the online posted price would’ve left me feeling better about my purchase. I really didn’t like that there were 3 matching tires and one unmatched tire on the vehicle. I think it is unprofessional for a dealership to sell a car that way, even if the unmatched tire is fairly new, and addressing that issue would have made me feel better about paying the full asking price for the car. Overall, I am satisfied with Piazza. I think they try to meet the desires of the customer. They are not pushy and I had the pleasure of working with an excellent salesperson. More
