Tried to schedule an oil change on a vehicle that is 2 years old and according to their sales pitch would get free oil changes and I was told that their next appointment was in 2 months... Really? Received a lease quote from Jodi on a $43K car that would've totaled close to $36K on a lease. She marked up the sticker and rate so much that when I pushed on why, she doubled down and said thats wha would've totaled close to $36K on a lease.
