He was very professional, knowledgable and provided exceptional, friendly service. They worked very hard to understand what I was looking for in a car and to meet my budget needs. I was extremely impressed, and as someone who works in the customer service industry, I have very high standards. The customer service I received here blew me away!!! GREAT JOB!!! It was such a great experience that I already have referred close friends and family to Piazza. NEVER will I suggest this dealership! They were incompetent and irresponsible! When they made a mistake which caused me to NOT receive the car that was promised (yet I did get at Colonial - the s incompetent and irresponsible!
