I took my car in for inspection and oil change. This time, I was faced with a costly repair to a gasket, which is ok since it is an old car. So I paid over $500.00 for inspection and they missed the throbbing sensation in the front brakes. I guess that means I will need new roaters on my next visit??? As always, the staff at Piazza is first class. More
I was especially impressed by Stephanie's diligence in finding for us our first color choice. I gave two color options, and she probably could have found our second choice in time to credit the sales tot finding for us our first color choice. I was also impressed that the dealership was willing to give us special rate financing, even though we didn't take possession of the vehicle until after the time had expired. And I was very satisfied that they worked with us through the process of obtaining a replacement title for our trade-in. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers. More

Initially I was given a higher price that I was not willing to pay. Mark had his Manager meet the price I was looking for and the deal was done. After having routine maintenance service performed on my Sante Fe, I received coupons in the mail that were for the work that was just completed. The dealership was kind enough to issue me a credit for the Sante Fe, I received coupons in the mail that were for the work that was just completed. The dealership was kind enough to issue me a credit for the amount that was paid over the coupon amount. I received a check in the mail for $36.10 within 3 days of contacted the dealership about the coupons. You'll find great service and honest employees at Piazza Hyundai! More
