I rotated the tires on my new Elantra at 20k miles. After rotation, the car had a front end vibration so I took it to the dealer to look at. They told me I had a bad tire (the tread was separating), w After rotation, the car had a front end vibration so I took it to the dealer to look at. They told me I had a bad tire (the tread was separating), which they made no attempt to cover under warranty. They quoted me new tires at $185 each. I have since replaced them at Creamery Tire for $113 each. They also told me because of the vibration, my brake roters needed to be turned and quoted me $188. Keep in mind, I had the vibration for a total of 3 days. They also said the front end needed to be aligned and quoted $89. Again, the tires were only on the front end for 3 days and had no signs of uneven wear. One of the main reasons I bought a Hyandai was because of the great warranty. Boy, was I fooled. Thanks for nothing. More

Excellent service. I was in for state inspection and as a resident of Pennsylvania we always hold our breath at inspection time, bracing ourselves for the worst. However, I had only a few minor, and expected, things to repair. Dealing with automotive service businesses involves a huge amount of trust and I trust Piazza Hyundai. I can't say that for all others in my area. I was pleased that my bill was adjusted to apply a small discount after I failed to remember to bring a "good customer" coupon with me. I'd love to get a coupon for a discount on detailing (hint, hint). I have really enjoyed and been pleased with my 2007 Vera Cruz. I wish Hyundai would put some effort into improving the gas mileage of their SUV line, maybe add a hybrid, or let's really go out on a limb and add a diesel! I went to many Hyundai dealerships looking for this car. When I went for the test drive they were helpful, honest but most of all very friendly! Honestly if you want a new Hyundai this is the place to go!!! More
