I stopped into Piazza Hyundia after having a deal go sour on a used car at Kia of Limerick. Upon walking into the dealership I was greeted by Andy Spengler, a salesman at this location. He approached me and I began telling him the nightmare I had just endured at another dealership. Andy after listening to what I wanted, he pointed me towards the 2012 Hyundai Sonata. After hearing Andy go over all the cars features (which were exactly what I wanted & needed) I told him I would be back tomorrow since it was almost closing and made an appointment to see him the next day. The next day my wife went up with my mother in law and they both met with and then test drove the Sonata. I went after work at our appointment time, and after test driving I was set. Andy went over the car and pointed out all of its features. He was very knowledgeable on all of the cars specs, did not BS anything. I was hooked, I wanted this car. After the test drive, we went in and discussed terms for purchasing. Andy was very respectful in giving me and my wife time to discuss everything, was very courteous to us along with all of the staff at Piazza Hyundai. We signed on the car that day, but unfortunately they would have to source the model Sonata I wanted as they did not have it currently with all the features I wanted on the lot. Knowing I was without a car Andy spoke with the owner and was approved to give me a loaner car to use for 3 days until the Sonata I purchased came in. I have never been treated this respectfully at a dealership before and I would recommend this dealership & salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Upon delivery of my car to the dealership 3 days later, I went up and once again Andy went over all the cars options and walked me through the entire cars display & buttons so I knew where everything is. I have been telling everyone I know if they are looking for a new car, check our Piazza Hyundai first, as they know how to treat and keep people coming back as customers. My many thanks to the great people who work in this dealership, as the care they show their customers is beyond what I have ever received at any other dealership. More

I came to Piazza Hyundai on a Saturday and brought my father as backup since I was afraid I would feel pressured by pushy sales reps. I drove home in my new 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that night even though it was closing time and we couldn't do any of the paperwork. I came back in on Monday to finish the paperwork, and although Keaton was very busy we never felt neglected. He did a great job tending to us and his other clients. I would highly recommend asking for Keaton if you are looking to purchase a new car. More

My experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown was exceptional. This was my first time buying a car so my father came along. I told Matthew Gillespie the kind of car I was looking for and within 10 minutes, we were on the road test driving the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my 2012 Hyundai Accent SE. Not only is the car fantastic, but the price is lower for most every car in its class. The low price, however, does not reflect the amenities that Hyundai has put into the car. The car looks and feels like a car that would cost $5,000-$10,000 more. The piano black dashboard accents, the direct injected engine, highest horsepower in its class, most gas mileage per gallon in its class; the list goes on and on. I was incredibly pleased with my visit to Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and my new Accent. I would also recommend Matthew Gillespie to anyone that is looking for a Hyundai. His knowledge of the vehicles was limitless and he did it all without being pushy or aggressive. He knows how to treat a customer and wants them to be satisfied upon their departure. Overall, Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown was so much more friendly than the other dealerships my father and I had looked at and the appraisal price for my trade in was higher than the other dealerships.
