The service department at Piazza excels at making the service experience smooth and painless. I waited a little longer than I had hoped, but that turned out to be because the severity of the maintenance service experience smooth and painless. I waited a little longer than I had hoped, but that turned out to be because the severity of the maintenance issue was worse than I had anticipated. They were very good at explaining exactly what the problem was and what was going to be required to fix it, and (perhaps most importantly) dealt directly with the extended warranty company to obtain pre-authorization and payment, despite the fact that the warranty was purchased from a different dealer. The free loaner when it turned out they would have to keep my car overnight, the quick turnaround, and the friendliness of the service personnel were all pleasant bonuses. I could probably have gotten the work done cheaper elsewhere, but at the cost of considerably more personal aggravation. More
The service advisors Denis and Rick are always upbeat and seem glad to see my wife and I went we come in for service. This was my first time buying a brand new car. And I lived 3 hours away. Stephanie did a fantastic job keeping intouch with me, finding the car I wanted, and helping me with all my questions! I would not recommend for service. I had the option to schedule my appointment online and received and email confirmation about the appointment only to find out it never fed over so they had nothing on me schedule my appointment online and received and email confirmation about the appointment only to find out it never fed over so they had nothing on me in the system. Then i sit and wait and wait and eventually see my car in the garage, but it appeared nobody was working on it, then about 45 minutes later i see my car leave the garage. The associate that checked me in when i arrived had disappeared and had been missing for about an hour and i finally had to ask somebody to get the paper work for my car so i could get out of there. A person that picked up their car was told it was parked in spot 14, nobody told me where my car was parked and i finally had to get another person to go looking for my car. I did not buy my car at this dealership, i bought mine at Colonial in Downingtown, i only went to this dealership because i am now 10 minutes away. For my next service i will drive the 30 plus miles to get my car done where i purchased it. More
From my first visit last June,meeting Stephanie(who eventually sold us our 2012 Elantra),the staff at Piazza Hyundai has been very attentive to us and our needs. The car is great and the service department matches that. My last new car experience consisted of me buying the car and never hearing from them again. Even the one time I went for service,the person who sold me the car never even spoke to me. Piazza's team has been in touch with me about deals,following up on my service calls and I even got a one year e-mail from Stephanie on the anniversary of buying the car. The service department is first rate,beside the service I get( which is prompt and precise), my car is always cleaned and vacuumed when returned to me. I will be dealing with Piazza for all my future car needs. I have already recommended Hyundai to my family and friends and there are now 5 new Hyundais in my immediate family. Keep up the good work! My experience at hyundai was an enjoyable one. Keaton summers was extremely knowledgable about the car I was interested in.
