Bought new Sante Fe. Good price, bad experience. Sales Rep failed to tell me to bring multiple documents which delayed the process. Took over 4 hours to buy the car. Two days after buying the car, I got a crack in my window. Service said it is from a rock. I believe, and other sources believe, it is not from a rock. I've been told it is due to the windshield not being properly installed or due to something wrong in the body. The crack is at the bottom left corner of the windshield and is in a "C" curve from the bottom to the side of the window - there is no blatant mark where a rock would have hit. Also, service was very short with me when I brought my car in for them to inspect the crack. The service dept was nice/friendly when I went for my first free oil change. More

I brought my care in for inspection and oil change. Everyone was so helpful to me. I had a young child with me, and they helped me through the doors. The waiting area was clean and nice. Last time they vacuumed the inside which was absolutely awesome becasue it is hard for me to do that at home - run electric from the house and haul out the vacuum cleaner. They are the best! I had a screw in my tired this past Saturday, and Dennis (I think this is him name) told me to come right over. They took me right away, took care of the screw, (which wasn't that bad a Saturday, and Dennis (I think this is him name) told me to come right over.
