I contacted Piazza after a bad experience at my local Hyundai dealer. I explained the situation to Stephanie Kimbro at Piazza by phone. From that moment on I was treated with great care and respect. We agreed on a reasonable sales transaction and I am the very happy owner of a new Hyundai. Since my purchase Stephanie has called to check in on me and make sure all is well with my new car. I had to go 40 miles away to find a good dealer and a great sales person but it was all worth it. More

It was a pleasure to buy a car from them. No pressure and a fair price right up front. I did my homework (Edmunds, KBB, etc.) and knew the price I should receive for my old car and the new one. I was so impressed, I did not haggle for a lower number. I have been to a high pressure, high first offer, Hyundai dealer, not fun. I drove right past that Huyndai dealer to go to Piazza, glad that I did. The 3 people that I worked with were friendly and profeshional, I have not used the service Dept yet, but my Sales person, Stephanie, took me for a walk around. the maintenance area looked clean and organized. I spent many hours researching vehicles online. I narrowed it down to two Certified Pre Owned 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles. I organized my notes and went to the dealership, Piazza Hyundai of Potts narrowed it down to two Certified Pre Owned 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles. I organized my notes and went to the dealership, Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown. I was promptly greeted by a customer service rep and soon afterwards, a salesman, Dan Romano. Dan was friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions (I asked a lot of them.) and allowed me to inspect both vehicles and "play" with the controls. I also asked to see different Santa Fe accessories (Cargo Net, Cargo Mat, Cargo Cover, iPod Cable) and Dan quickly complied. After test driving the Blue Hyundai (my first choice), I didn't care for the lingering cigarette smoke odor even though Dan assured me that they had a product to completely remove the odor. I refocused my attention of the Silver Hyundai Santa Fe, my eventual purchase. After more questions and a little haggling, we came to an agreement and the deal was done. I believe that I received a fair price on the Santa Fe, a generous amount for my trade-in, and a reasonable rate on my financing. Three days later, I returned to complete the paper work and pick up my vehicle. Lisa Grose handled these matters. She explained each item before I added my signature and promptly answered any questions I had. Because I chose to have the Zurich Shield applied to the exterior and interior surfaces of the vehicle, I had to wait about an hour while the task was being done. (That was the most glaring drawback to my car buying experience.) The customer service waiting area is equipped with comfortable seats, tables, TV, reading material, and WiFi. In conclusion, I would happily recommend Dan Romano and Piazza Hyundai. More
We had a great experience with Brandon, who sold us our new car. He approached us while we were looking at cars on the lot and his manner was so pleasant and friendly that we knew immediately that we wou new car. What was not so great was the length of time it took every time Brandon had to check figures with the business manager. We chose the car we wanted rather quickly, but then Brandon had to go over the figures with the business manager and we just sat for about 40 minutes, just waiting. Then, when we were negotiating about the trade in of our car, we sat for another half hour waiting for Brandon to review these figures with the business manager. Then, once we purchased the car, we waited another half hour while the final papers were being prepared. All told, we were there for 3 1/2 hours, most of which we were sitting and waiting for Brandon to clear figures with the business manager. I had an excellent credit rating, we were only financing the minimum amount, we decided against the trade in because we were not satisfied with the amount Piazzs offered for my car....there were no problems with us with the sale...we decided on the car we were buying very quickly, yet most of the time that we were there, we were just waiting for figures from the business manager. I would recommend Brandon very highly, but I did not enjoy all of the waiting around at Piazza. More
I gave a rating of good under overall experience due to had to wait a while to do paperwork for loan. I just wanted to get out of there and go home with new car. Not sales reps fault just delayed. I was going to be without a vehicle to get to and from work and to the dealership. Emily who works in the Warranty Department drove me from the dealership to my home the evening before and picked me up t work and to the dealership. Most places would not go to this measure.Piazza Hyundai did. Meeting Emily with her outgoing personality and friendliness, along with the cooperation of the Service Department was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ahd since moving to the area.
