This was our second lease/purchase from Piazza Hyundai and dealing with Tiffany Seifrit. Tiffany is actually the reason we decided to revisit the Hyundai experience. No one will return my phone calls or email to schedule service. Finally, I had to phyically visit the dealership to get a service appointment. Totally unacceptable. The service was fine and they washed the car, but could have done a better job of drying it off. I had to go home and re-clean all the windows. More

I have owned three Hyundai's in my lifetime from other dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me wit dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best.
