Pointed out the upgraded changes between my 09 Santa Fe and the features AND BENEFITS of the new 12 Santa Fe. FORTUNATELY he did NOT bring out his 'boss', the sales manager. That would have been a real deal killer. He did a nice upsell presentation - taking me with the Sonata first and then the SantaFe so that I could better experience the difference. Both cars were great. He chose the SantaFe which had 'extras' but nothing which would have made me say I just can't afford this and mentally shut down on that vehicle. He was very careful that when he sat for the 'exit' strategy that he went over all the functions and wisely made me do the work so I would retain it. When the sales person does it, it's not as inprinted as when the customer does it. More
My Santa Fe required work that was covered under my warranty. At first, I was not able to get a quick appointment. I called back letting them know that I did not need my car for a few days and they wer warranty. At first, I was not able to get a quick appointment. I was told that I had a nail in my tire and sadly, it was too close to the wall of the tire to be repaired. The cost of a new tire was $185, but they recommended that I get two new tires to keep the traction too close to the wall of the tire to be repaired. The cost of a new tire was $185, but they recommended that I get two new tires to keep the traction in the rear equal - a total cost of $370. I declined the replacement of the tire and asked that they make sure it was inflated properly. I then went to CJ Tire. They showed me the nail, explained it could easily be repaired, and the total cost to me was $26.50. Thanks Piazza Hyundai! You just lost a loyal service customer and future auto sales! More

I went to Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown to have the mileage checked on my vehicle. I had never been there before. I was greeted with "Hello, how can I help you"? I was invited to sit down while my informati checked on my vehicle. I had never been there before. I was greeted with "Hello, how can I help you"? I was invited to sit down while my information was entered into the computer. I was on my lunch break and Jason was very prompt to attain the information that he needed. He had even moved my vehicle closer to the service department, so I would not have so far to walk as I had parked along side of the building.
