I live in Maryland, so I entered an online inquiry about a used Hyundai Genesis. Within an hour I got an email response from STEPHANIE KIMBRO. She was great!! She really went above and beyond. While I did not purchase a car from them, as they seemed unwilling to negotiate on numbers, I would recommend contacting Stephanie. I wound up purchasing a new Genesis from a dealership closer to home anyway. Ask for Stephanie!! More

Piazza Hyundai overall didn't make me feel like someone is watching over you or Dave for that matter. Ken and I sensed this prowler like feeling at another car dealership. Dave has a lot going for him as a person and from a career standpoint/salesman. I compared it to a lot of the same style and model of car I wanted in the area all the way out to Doyelstown. Piazza Hyundai had the lowest price for the good quality car that I was looking for. My overall experience was excellent. I have bought cars there and will continue to do so in the future when I need too. I have never had a bad experience there. I would like to single out Keaton Summers. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find exactly what I wanted for a good price. Being in retail myself it isn't always easy going somewhere and finding the good customer service I give to people everyday, but he was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you! Rick is very customer oriented. He takes care of his customers. He is fare making sure customer's are not overcharged for service. I agreed to the tech's suggestion of cleaning the brakes of rust. When you are a Piazza customer, you are part of the family. The dealership has a fun, friendly relaxing atmosphere. They are great people, Mike the tech, did a great job at trying to upsell. When I declined, he was quick to offer a comprable solution but was not pushy. It's his job to try to upsell. Not being pushy was (or treating me like a "chick") was awesome. More
