I had a problem with a front tire and stopped by the service department (first time I ever stopped without an appointment). He asked about the problem, took my keys to the car and he would have it checked out. Within a short time, and I mean short (only had time for one cup of coffee) out comes Denis to the waiting area and said problem solved (and no charge) WOW! That is just the kind of dealership and people I have come to know and admire. More

My first visit was only to test drive, and Matt answered all my questions with no pressure to purchase. I did my research and followed up with Matt a few weeks later to test drive again and talk numbers. At no time was there any pressure to make the sale, he was there to inform and advise. Because I wanted a hard-to-find model (Veloster Turbo), he was willing to search far and wide for the specific color combo I wanted (thankfully there was one nearby)! My vehicle was procured from the other dealer, cleaned up and ready to go in no time! Prior to the final paperwork (with the amazing Lisa Grose in Finance), Matt set up my Bluelink account and went over some of the extensive features of the Veloster. Once the paperwork was done, he showed us step-by-step instructions of how to personalize the Veloster features to our taste. Matt followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase (I AM!) - I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a Hyundai, new or used - his easy going nature and no pressure attitude made this purchase one of my best so far (and this is my 23rd car!) We have had our new Hyundai Elantra GT for just about 2 weeks now and we absolutely love it! I brought my nephew to Piazza Hyundai to purchase his first car. Matt Gillespie provided such an excellent experience for him...as he did when I purchased my first Hyundai Sonata from his last May first car. That car was in an accident and totalled, and I simply called Matt and asked him to find an identical car........which he did within days and I was back on the road. My father owned a car agency and believe me he would have loved having Matt Gillespie selling cars for him. While my nephew and I waited, we spoke with the customer Matt was finishing up with and she was completing a transaction that was the third car she had bought from Matt. While Matt was helping my nephew, I went to the service department and Jason took my car and had it serviced/washed while we were waiting. Also, there was some marks on my sideview mirrors that they were able to remove...........I love Piazza Hyundai and I send as many people to you as possible. I represent your corporate goal: such a good experience that I will always turn to you for all my auto needs........and refer others without hesitation. More
The people here are so wonderful pleasant to deal with! As a woman, they don't talk down to you when discussing your car (some men do but not here). They explain things done & needed & not needed. On 3/6/13 i was involved in a MVA that left my 2012 Sonata a total loss. On 3/11/13 I walked over to the dealership to see what was available in used/new as I had decided to go with another Hyundai Sonata a total loss. Luckily for me Andy Spengler (my original salesman) was working and I asked him about possibly sourcing another for me. Andy went and pulled what options my 2012 had and went to work finding me another. Andy found me the exact car I had, but in a 2013, and was able to deliver to me on 3/14/13. I had not been expecting to be making another purchase from this dealership this soon, Andy also was able to find some rebates I was unaware of, which helped out alot. I love how quick we were in and done. Never have felt this taken care of at a dealership, and never expected to be back to this particular dealership a little over a year later for a new car.
