Service Advisors are great, had appointment scheduled for eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date l eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date later on in the afternoon. No problem. To me having a busy schedule, and being able to do that with such short notice, in todays busy world is fantastic service for them to do something like that for me. It's the little things like that that mean the most. They work with you not against you. Thank you service department. More

I bought my Hyundai Sonata at Pottstown Hyundai and I contine to service it there also. The Service department is always friendly, informative and helpful with any of my car's needs. Donna in the check contine to service it there also. The Service department is always friendly, informative and helpful with any of my car's needs. Donna in the check-out area couldn't be nicer...such a pleasure to work with her. And I always go out to the showroom to see Denise and Stephanie. They, too, are always so friendly and it makes the whole experience great. Sure does make me go back over and over and buy another car there at some point. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous. I took my vehicle to a different service center and did not get near as much quality service as I did at this one. Stephanie Kimbro was the sales person/woman at Piazza Hyundai that I dealt with & ultimately bought my Elantra from. Stephanie & I communicated and negotiated via email. I did not purchase in January a Hyundai that I dealt with & ultimately bought my Elantra from. Stephanie & I communicated and negotiated via email. I did not purchase in January and Stephanie would email & reach out to give me updates on the current promotions and rebates. When she reached out to me in March, the timing worked for me and she worked very hard to make a perfect deal for me. She is knowledgeable & very personable and I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member that would be purchasing a Hyundai. Actually if there is a salesperson of the month/ year – I would nominate Stephanie. Needless to say, I was most pleased with her assistance and absolutely love my Elantra. Thanks Piazza! More

Honestly, I went in to the Hyundai dealership planning to buy a Ford Focus but making sure that I was weighing all my options before purchasing. The pricing I was given by Piazza Hyundai for the amount of c buy a Ford Focus but making sure that I was weighing all my options before purchasing. The pricing I was given by Piazza Hyundai for the amount of car that I would get was truly remarkable. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in. My husband and I tried to find the hold in the deal because we thought it was too good to be true. I was swayed completely off my original plan and decided to purchase the Hyundai Elantra that very day. I picked up my car 2 days later and am thrilled with it. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new car. More
