I have both a 2011 and 2012 Hyundai Sonata. This dealership is wonderful all around! The sales and service departments are friendly, helpful, and honest. I most recently had a service appointment and was in and out in an hour! Had warranty work done on the car to correct a faulty steering sensor. They followed the recommended procedure to flash the firmware of the steering module. When the fault reoccurred, they contacted Hy steering sensor. They followed the recommended procedure to flash the firmware of the steering module. When the fault reoccurred, they contacted Hyundai tech support and were authorized to replace the steering column, The part was ordered, received and replaced promptly. I was pleased on how promptly it was all handled. More
I came in to buy a new car and fell in love with an Elantra! The salesman was fairly new and did not know the answers to most of the questions that we asked and struggled to find the correct answers. The most frustrating part of the entire ordeal was when I was asked to come in to pick up my car was also the time that the paperwork was handed in to approve the sale. I was told that it was all taken care of but it wasn't even started at that point. Unfortunately the paperwork that I was told to bring by the salesman was not sufficient enough to let me take the car that night. It was disappointing to see this avoidable situation unfold. If I hadn't fell in love with the car I would have walked away from the deal. So I waited to hear if I was approved the next day and was able to pick up the car that next night. I had no issues that next day and the salesman that I worked with that afternoon, Tiffany, was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was appreciative of that and it made the whole ordeal a much better one in the end. I absolutely love my new Elantra! And would recommend Hyundai to anyone, but next time I would ask for a more experienced salesman to at the very least oversee the transaction. More

WAS JUST GREAT , HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND WAS VERY THOROUGH GOING OVER EVERY DETAIL A THOUGH DEALERSHIP WAS VERY BUSY. OUR SALESMAN DAVID J. WE NEVER THOUGHT BUYING A CAR WOULD GO SO SMOOTHLY. LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THAT THE PRODUCT IS WHAT REALLY MATTERS ,THE WARRANTY PACKAGE IS A REAL DEAL BREAKER.
