This is a great place to buy a vehicle! During my first visit to Piazza Hyundai, I never felt pressured to buy a car right away, which I appreciated. Tiffany was an amazing saleswoman. She was very friendly and knew everything about the Elantra GT. She asked me plenty of questions too, to make sure I was choosing the car that was right for me. Whenever I contacted her, she would always get back to me right away. When I was having issues with my insurance company, she went above and beyond to get the problem resolved, which I was extremely thankful for. My parents will soon be looking for a new car as well and would love to work with Tiffany again. Overall I was very happy with my experience here! More

Everyone at this dealership is amazing. They were more accommodating then I have ever experienced. I have 3 kids (2 in carseats) and my husband was deployed and they helped to handle my car issue with gre accommodating then I have ever experienced. They came to my house with me to bring my car back to the dealership and later dropped it off at my house for me. I am only a little bummed I didn't leave a tip! Thank you Hyundai. Up until Yesterday,I was very pleased with the service Dept..My bill was $976 for brakes and ball joints,however $700 of that bill was LABOR,which I believe was EXCESSIVE. I had a particular model and options in mind. Identified the car at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown using the interenet to search available inventory. Sent an e-mail inquiry since this dealership is about an hour away and received a response almost immediately. Notified Stephanie, Piazza Internet Sales Manager, that my wife and I would be there to see the car that same day. Stephanie had the car pulled around front and waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. We received great attention as customers and found the car to be just what we wanted and, at a very fair price. My wife and I could not be happier with the experience, and our 2012 Sonata; well worth the extra drive time! More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Piazza Hyundai for a total of about $55000. My last vehicle was serviced entirely at Piazza Hyundai and I spent close to $1000 in maintenance on that vehicle in their se total of about $55000. I recently tried scheduling my new vehicle for its first oil change, which is FREE. I called twice, both times explaining that I was going out of town on business and did not want to go over the mileage for the first service. I called on Friday July 5th to try and schedule for Tuesday of the following week and I was told they could not get me in - FOR A SIMPLE FIRST SERVICE OIL CHANGE! I was told by Jason it was ok to go over the mileage by a little bit. I gave them a second chance and called this past Wednesday July 10th, and I was told by Denis that the next available appointment FOR A SIMPLE FIRST SERVICE OIL CHANGE would be July 19th. For someone who has been in the automotive business for over 20 years, this is unacceptable. I went to another dealer that same day and had to PAY for my first oil change which was supposed to be FREE at Piazza Hyundai. Piazza Hyundai has lost me as a customer because of this. I had such a great experience purchasing both vehicles, and my service experience on my first car was also positive. I don't know what happened from then to now, but now I am not even sure that I will return to purchase another vehicle from them. It's a shame too because my wife is in the market for a new SUV and we were going to go with a new Santa Fe. I guess we'll look elsewhere. It's not like I was asking them to rebuild my transmission, just a simple request to complete the first service on the vehicle which was OWED to me. More

Not your everyday sale. Hyundai Santa Fe's were/are in short supply. My wife wanted a special color and Stephanie / Piazza went out of their way to track down the exact care for us.
