Had to bring my car in for my 7500 mile scheduled maintenance visit, and didn't know what to expect (it's my first new car). The staff was friendly addressing my concerns, the service was fast and ( maintenance visit, and didn't know what to expect (it's my first new car). Everyone we came in contact at the dealership was friendly, helpful and courteous. Matthew was wonderful, our questions were answered, and we had many questions, he was patient and very knowledgeable friendly, helpful and courteous. I've had my new Hyundai Sonata for six months now and have already put over 12,000 miles on it. As you can see, I drive a lot. Therefore, I've had to have the oil changed a few times now. I always take my car to Piazza Hyundai in Limerick and have NEVER had a problem. They are the BEST dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've purchased several different makes and models of cars over the past 30+ years from various dealers, but have never found one as customer-oriented as Piazza Hyundai in Limerick. One thing I've noticed at Piazza is they treat ALL their customers (male or female, young or old) with the same level of respect. I'm sad to say I haven't found that at any other dealership before. Fred Beans (GM) next door could certainly learn a lesson from Piazza about customer service. I'm still not used to having a dealership wash my car when they finish doing routine service. When my car is ready it's shiny and waiting by the service door for me to drive away, and I always think to myself, "Wow, how nice is that"! I'm very pleased that I chose to buy a Hyundai Sonata and I'm even more pleased that I chose to buy it from Piazza Hyundai in Limerick. Thanks Piazza! More
Employees are always friendly and the work is done right. I never wait long for my vehicle and their lounge has free wifi which I love! Piazza Hyundai is a very good dealership to work with for sales AND service. I'm on my third Hyundai through this company. I've always had all service taken care of at this location, also. Sales: My first sales person got promoted within the same dealership so Stephanie Kimbro has been my sales rep for the last two vehicles. She is laid back, no pressure, easy to talk to and relate to. She knows her cars, hands down. I self-educate myself on the car/cars I'm interested in before I go to the dealership. Stephanie has always been well prepared for any of my questions. Financing: I've only financed two of the cars and both times it was seamless, fast and uncomplicated. Lisa Grose did everything she could to get me the best rate she could possibly get. Not much more to say than that. Lisa knows her job. Service: The Service Team runs smoothly. You are in and out of there no problems. Check out is fast. On occasion, they dropped me off at home so I wouldn't have to wait in the waiting room. A full service shop! More
First of all, if I could give this dealership a 10, I would. I had started my new car search back in May - my wife and I settled on a Hyundai Elantra. I sent out emails to 5 local dealers: Conicelli would. I had started my new car search back in May - my wife and I settled on a Hyundai Elantra. I sent out emails to 5 local dealers: Conicelli in Conshohocken, Carousel in West Chester, Springfield Hyundai, Colonial in Downingtown, and Piazza Hyundai in Pottstown. Stephanie Kimbro was the ONLY one who responded back in emails that weren't computer generated. She didn't pressure me at any time to come in. She gave me an internet price that was $500 above what others had quoted; but digging deeper I found the other dealers were including rebates that I didn't qualify for - once I did the math, I found out their price was the best out of the 5. She answered every question I had - I felt like I was being a pest with all the emails, but she couldn't have been more nice. My wife wanted the Desert Bronze color in the preferred package. Stephanie admitted this would be a tough one to find, but would let us know if she finds anything. Sure enough, I got a call about 9:00 at night from Christa (Or Kristen, I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) letting us know one just came in on the carrier that night. My wife went out the next day, put down a deposit and filled out the basic paperwork. I had to come in later to fill out the rest of the paperwork - this is where I got a bit nervous, because I don't buy new cars very often and I was ready for the hard sell. Turns out there was no hard sell at all, I reviewed the paperwork and it was all correct, from the price agreed to the tax, tags, rebates, etc. I figured we were all done, but now Brandon took over. He gave us a tour of the service department where we met the service manager. Our service manager set us up for our first oil change. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the first oil change is FREE and I get FREE lifetime state inspections. Then we went back to the car and he took the time to explain every option our preferred package had. Helped us set up the bluetooth, explained the main display, etc - he couldn't have been more thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles we had. I have to say, this was the by far the easiest new car buying experience I've ever had. And the car is a dream!! Stephanie and Brandon, thanks for all your help. You've earned a customer for life. I bought out the lease on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS and the purchase process was flawless. Both Tiffany (sales) and Lisa (business) exceeded my expectations. I had just washed/cleaned the car the night before because I had not made the final decision to purchase or lease a new Sonata, yet the car got another wash - interior cleaning before I left. Interesting that my daughter just leased a Toyota Rav4 and when we picked it up following it's first service, it hadn't been washed. The service rep told me thet don't have a car wash. I asked whether they had a water outlet and a hose. He just walked away. It's the little things that have the biggest impact. I am a happy Hyundai customer waiting for my a lottery win so I can buy a Genesis R-Spec. But for now, my Sonata works just fine:) More
