Everything was great. Was there for a recall notification and had the oil changed. Dennis from the service dept. took great care of me from the minute I walked in. I am new to Hyundai this year and have been very pleased with both my Tuscon and the staff in the service department. They are very helpful when I have questions and every single person I have dealt with h with both my Tuscon and the staff in the service department. They are very helpful when I have questions and every single person I have dealt with has been very friendly and professional. My oil changes have been done quickly so I can move on with the rest of my day. They also perform quite a few checks each time I have an oil change. And then there is the car wash!!!! Thanks to all who help make my car run so smoothly! ( Especially the guys that had to get the bugs off the front of my car!) More
I was looking at luxury cars but a friend suggested I test drive a Hyundai before I made my final decision. I test drove the Sonata and the Elantra. I was really surprised how much I liked Hyundai, the cars drove very well and you got so much for the money. My Sales Consultant, David Janiszewiski, was very patient with me as I like to stress over the details quite a bit. David made the entire experience pain free and even enjoyable. The best part of Piazza Hyundai might be the cars, but the same could be said for the customer service everyone receives. I leased a new Sonata Hybrid and everyone at the dealership has treated me like royalty. My husband, who has taken the car in for routine service (and drives a different brand) comments how great the customer service is as compared to his dealership just down the street. I probably wouldn't get the hybrid Sonata again, but that's just a personal preference for a full-gas engine - but I'll definitely get my next car from Piazza Hyundai and David Janiszewiski. More

Based on their service department, I would not hesitate to purchase another Hyundai product knowing excellent customer service and quality of work. I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. In the past I found car buying very frustrating and at times have left dealers very upset. Upon arrival at the dealership, Stephanie was busy with one of her regular customers so she turned us over to Matthew, he was very informative, very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with all our questions. I took my car in for a state inspection and emissions, and waited in the lobby as the services were carried out. The lobby was nice, and the staff was pleasant. Excellent service vs. the other Hyundai dealership I visited who claims to have the "best sales". My sales manager was very professional, personable, knowledgeable without being pushy. The new tire replacement work was fine. The service department told me they washed my car. I would have preferred them to ask me before washing my car, because I had just washed & waxed my car the day department told me they washed my car.
