I have had my Sonata in for routine maintenance service several times; this time it was for a recall. I cannot say enough about the people I have dealt with from the moment I walked in the door till I was several times; this time it was for a recall. EVERYONE has always been accommodating, courteous, knowledgeable, polite...the list goes on. As others have mentioned, the work is done in a timely manner, questions or concerns are always addressed, and the car comes out cleaner than when it went in!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership (and have on many occasions) to everyone I know. More

Any service experience I have had with this dealership has been friendly, quick, concise and first-class from the minute you pull into service area! My last experience was for a recall but they did compu has been friendly, quick, concise and first-class from the minute you pull into service area! I had been looking for a used Honda for about 2 months when I found one online. Brandon told me it had just been traded in the day before and hadn't even been through the safety check but I could come in when I found one online. He explained that if I was interested I should hold it with a deposit and let them go over the car. I was concerned that they might not fix everything if they knew it was already sold, but I was mistaken. Not only did they do some work on the front end, changed the oil and filled all the fluids, but they even put new wiper blades on the car. It was spotless when I picked up the vehicle, this dealer is 50 miles from my house and I would go back there in a second. Everyone was very nice and there was no heavy sales pressure from Brandon or his management. More
