From the very first meeting with David at the dealership it was clear that I would buy a car at Piazza. His product knowledge was very impressive and he was able to answer all my questions. Niko and I managed to narrow down my choices and zero in on one particular car. I was able to purchased a demo model and by doing so, upgraded the optional equipment without increasing the price. I was also very impressed with the cooperation between Davis and Niko - neither trying to take the sale from the other one. I always thought that car sales was more of a "cutthroat" business. I brought my Elantra in for an oil change. There was only one Service Writer there when I arrived early at the shop and he was busy with another customer. Rick S., the Service Manager, came right out to check my car in so that I didn't have to wait on the Writer to finish up. I really appreciated that prompt attention. I was in and out within an hour, with my oil changed, the tires rotated, and my car cleaned. More
Brought my car in a 3rd time, 2nd official service visit, for them to look at the new chips that occurred, near my radio and cd player, that THEIR tech did when fixing this issue my last service visit. I was told that this was their before and again, implied, that I had done this damage I felt the need to discuss this poor customer concerns and service to Bruce Koonce, the GM, who seemed interested in, and said that he was going to look into this and get back to me. He explained that he was going away but would get back to me Thursday, Friday at the latest. Well, that has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from him at all. What happened to customer respect or basic courtesy? If the GM can't even call back a customer, why would his service tech and employees care? I am disappointed in Pottstown Hyundai and will not refer them to anyone. More
Originally came in for service. Walked into the show room, the receptionist asked if I needed help. I explained that my car was getting service, but I was thinking of getting a new car. My finances were limited so i wanted to get information about something smaller. She suggested the Elantra 5 door. Brandon showed me one in the lot, went over all my options and was very helpful. The following Tuesday I came back to finalize everything. Brandon even found one in red! I picked it up on Thursday! More
I was looking for a new car when we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by Mathew our salesman. He was very knowledgable about the various Hyundai's. He took the time to point out all of the features of the various cars, and went with us as we took test drives. Mathew was very helpful without being overbearing. He was very patient as we made 3 visits before deciding on the car. When we came to pick up the car, he programmed the stations I selected and helped sync up my phone to the car. He also spent over a half hour with us in the car, going through all the features of the car, ensuring we were comfortable with all of the electronics. He exceeded our expectations of customer service, when he called the next day, to ensure we were satisfied an to schedule our first service call. We had a very pleasant buying experience and I have re ommended Mathew and Piazza to several of my friends. More

My favorite automobile service providers. Took my 2003 Hyundai Elantra in for service due to check engine light and replacement of front struts. Due to staffing issues, my car could not be seen until early on Monday. I'm spoiled by always being able to bring the car in right away and was a little unnerved. They were able to provide loaner had the repair gone to a second day and this was comforting. Price for struts & installation was just a bit higher than quoted by another repair service but I trust these guys to be thorough and honest, so I went with them. I am very grateful for these service people and especially Rick Stubbelbine. Treat them well!! Thanks for this opportunity. More
I took my car in for state inspection and an oil and filter change at 7:15 a.m. Rich interviewed me, was very courteous and appreciative of a review I had written the last time I was there. I waited in a clean lounge, Had coffee as an option in a pleasant atmosphere. At 8:00 Dennis explained what they had done( the inspection, oil change, etc. plus the courtesy 34 point inspection and the courtesy vacuuming of the interior. Efficient, clean, courteous- hallmarks of Piazza of Pottstown. More
