I came in to Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown interested in purchasing a new 2013 Elantra. Shortly after I entered the dealership, Harvey introduced himself and asked how he could help me. He was very friendly purchasing a new 2013 Elantra. Shortly after I entered the dealership, Harvey introduced himself and asked how he could help me. He was very friendly, as he quickly offered me a soft pretzel and a bottled water. I discussed my interest in the Elantra with Harvey and asked to take a test drive. Harvey took me on a test drive in both highway and local driving conditions so that I could simulate my typical commute. This was very helpful, as I could see how well the Elantra drove. Harvey also explained the many features of the car, which was a major interest of mine. When we arrived back at the dealership, Harvey and I started working on my deal for the Elantra. We quickly came to a fair deal, which showed that Harvey had respect for my time and concerns as a customer. He was able to move the process along quickly, even though the dealership was crowded. Once everything was settled, Harvey helped me clean out my old car and again showed me the features of my new Elantra. He even helped me connect my phone to the car's Bluetooth, which has since proven to be very convenient. Overall, this was my best car-buying experience to date and I would definitely recommend Piazza Hyundai and Harvey to anyone looking for a new car! More
