Repeat customer We did our research before showing up at the dealership. We knew what we wanted and we knew we preferred to work with Tiffany who had sold us an Elant We did our research before showing up at the dealership. After previewing a couple different models we settled on the exact vehicle we wanted and Tiffany was able to help us put all our ducks in a row to finalize the deal and drive off in our new Tucson in just a few hours. Fair prices, no games, smaller than you think This dealership is part of a complex that can be seen from space- but the Hyundai piece of the Piazza empire is pretty small, actually. Niko Andropoli This dealership is part of a complex that can be seen from space- but the Hyundai piece of the Piazza empire is pretty small, actually. Niko Andropolis and Robbie Sadler, my sales team, were very friendly, accommodating, and very low pressure. That may have had something to do with the fact that my car was priced very fair and at the bottom of its curve- but I did not get the usual handoffs nor did I get pitched for fluff like extended warranties and such. The car was ready when promised, spotlessly clean, and performed to expectations. I'd say that my delivery experience was somewhat casual, but Niko and Robbie knew that I knew the car inside out already from shopping- so that may have actually been designed to be a positive. I'm awaiting an owed second key and fob, but other than that I think the purchase experience has concluded. I have no service experience and probably will not- I went for a specific car at a specific price and the dealership is too far for regular service. But, they are certainly worth some extra miles for the buy- especially given the sharky tactics and half-truths I have encountered at some of the other Hyundai shops in the NY/NJ/PA area. Makes you not want to buy a car. I practically ran from one such place. More

Joe Finio Joe was nice at first...but when I asked him what his best offer was, he smirked at me and said "That's not my job, that's YOUR job!" When I glared at Joe was nice at first...but when I asked him what his best offer was, he smirked at me and said "That's not my job, that's YOUR job!" When I glared at him, he went off to bring us back "his number", which was $3000 more than the internet price we received from Piazza. We told him another dealership offered us the same car for $3500 less than his offer. Then I told him I was factoring in service, since a few years ago we had a bad service experience at Piazza. He threw the papers in his hand down on the table and said "Well, if you don't like our service, then go to the other dealership!" Nice way to keep the customer satisfied, Joe! No attempt at all to earn our business....we left and bought the car elsewhere for less. More
