Old school bait and switch tactics Visited Piazza Hyundai to price a Genesis Coupe Ultimate in a certain color and manual transmission which they didn't have in stock. One was located on which a lease deal was negotiated which wasn't too bad, after which I tried for a little more off and the salesman indicated they were 'all in' and couldn't go any lower on the lease terms. I considered and looked at other options for a few days, then came back and said I was considering taking them up on their last lease offering. Now of course "Hyundai revised the residual value and money factor" on the Genesis Coupe and the best they could offer is a monthly payment $80 higher than their best price from a week earlier - the good old bait and switch game. Needless to say I'm not playing, nor will I ever consider or recommend Piazza Hyundai to anyone - of course the salesman's tone changed completely when I questioned the swing in pricing; went from being previously kind and courteous to short and abrupt to get off the phone.
