Poor Customer Service I took my Tucson home, recommended to a friend, he went down and bought one as well, two days later. When he got home, we looked at the cars, and I noticed he had a cargo floor matt, which I did not. When I was in there, I asked the salesman if the car came with carpeted floor matts, when I saw them in the back, his response was yes, the car comes with all floor matts. When I called back, he said it's not a cargo floor matt, it's a cargo holding tray, well, no matter how you look at it, it's a carpeted floor matt. My friend also asked for a trailer hitch, and they quoted him a price of around $680.00, which he bought, when looking at the Hyundai USA web site, we see it listed for $350.00. More
