First the purchase, it was straight forward with the true car pricing and a fair trade-in value offered. Not that I think it necessary to point out, but some may find it useful in a review to know, that the deal was made by me, a female, alone, and I never felt pressured or disrespected. The sales associate had everything in order for a seamless transaction – limited waiting around which was priceless with two small children in tow. Next, after driving the car on a trip I noticed some issues. No worries, the service department quickly figured out the issue and, although beyond the scope of a limited warranty, the General Manager did all he could to make the situation and the car just right. It was a perfect car buying experience. I am very happy with my new-to-me (used) car and would highly recommend the customer focused staff of Piazza Hyundai. More
