I purchased my car from Tom Russo in May and brought my car to get the brakes checked since they were making a noise in September. Although they were not under warrenty, Tom and Stan, the assistant service car to get the brakes checked since they were making a noise in September. Although they were not under warrenty, Tom and Stan, the assistant service manager, were extremely helpful and professional. My family has brought three cars from Tom and have never had a problem, even in this situation. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill and see Tom Russo and for service to see Stan C, the assistant service manager as well as Joe Sabbs, Used Car Manager. More

I had my car towed 60+ miles to this location because they have serices my 2005 honda since I purchased it. They are honest and accommodating. Susan Con;ey and George Hassis are the Service Advisors who usually handle our three Hondas. Brian Tansey is a fist rate Technician and does all our repqir and Maintenance work. My wife drives an 04 Pilot and when she hears something r feels something out of the ordinary, her words to me are "take this is to Brian to see what is wrong". Now I know that these folks deserve compliments but there is no more ringing endorsement than a wife diricting a husband to a technician and a husband trusing the safety of his wife and family to that Technician. One more boquette of kudos should be given to Joan Lawson who pointed out a mistake in a Sevice contract i purchased from Honda and Tony Felici who is always available to take a test drive when I cannot adaquatly describe the problem we might be having with any of our vehicles. Great peaple. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone and in fact, two of my children bought Hondas form this dealership and have them serviced here as well. Roger DiRocco More

Toke my 2002 ford truck in for an insurance claim work. Piazza of drexel hill did not do the work that they got paid to do from my insurance company. Being sick the day I picked up my truck and an 80 degre Piazza of drexel hill did not do the work that they got paid to do from my insurance company. Being sick the day I picked up my truck and an 80 degree day and being told to pay for the work first after I had paid receipt in my hand they brought the truck to me in a high traffic area so u only have time to glance at the work they do. So after I was walking to my truck in a parking lot a couple of weeks later I noticed that the clear coat on top of the paint had bubbles and was peeling. After another week had went by and I looked at the work performed by piazza I made note that where this peeling was taking place there was still a big scrape almost in the metal that wasn't fixed the way my insurance had paid for. So I toke it back to piazza of drexel hill was told that I would have to wait for the tech that did the work to look at it and he was at lunch I leave and come back . Then the tech and pat o connell "body shop manager "whom I spoke with about this from the moment I walked in the door. Said the tech says that the paint and damage is from previous damage. Uh the only damage was from a car accident that was on the estimate of damage from the insurance adjuster. then I'm told I can drop it off in 3 wks. No mention of a rental car . Insurance paid for 5 days of rental I should have known something wasn't right when they had the work done in 3 days . Mr o connell looks at the estimate of record and got upset with me saying they only gave an hour in a half for paint I tell him I don't know anything about that .and that you toke the job . After getting home and looking and the estimate I see that the whole panel was to be taken off and painted. THIS WAS NOT DONE. And I'm guessing I'm suppose to PAY for a car rental for piazza to repair what they got paid to fix and do right to begin with. I think this is more like insurance fraude. Thought I would start here first before moving on to phone calls to insurance co and maybe this is something other persons would like to know before you take any insurance work to piazza honda or out of pocket. I have never been treated so badly. I'm really thinking about. Making this known to everyone ! This is the reason for my rating! More

Incompetent would be an understatement. We dropped off my daughter's car for inspection. Received call from Susan stating three service jobs, two suggested, one required for passing inspection. Price est $25 daughter's car for inspection. Received call from Susan stating three service jobs, two suggested, one required for passing inspection. Price est $250.00. I called the shop myself and spoke to Joan, who re-read the list from the mechanic and stated that ALL three service jobs would be REQUIRED to pass inspection. Price est $808.00. I told Joan to not do any work, we would take the car elsewhere. I placed a call to my husband to ask his opinion. My husband called Piazza and spoke to George, who simply stated that ALL services were SUGGESTED, inspection was DONE and the bill was $53.00. When we went to pick up the car, we were clearly upset and wanted to get to the bottom of the mess. Joan was rude from the start, interrupting us, trying to get in "her side of the story", George was clueless and Susan tried to interject, but eventually snuck away. By the end of the very loud encounter which drew quite a crowd, Joan decided to be apologetic, but it was too late at that point. Joan's excuse was she didn't understand the mechanic's handwriting. I work in the medical field and if I didn't understand a physician's handwriting and gave a patient the wrong diagnosis, that would be called medical malpractice. We knew they were trying to rip us off, and we found them out before it was too late. DO NOT take your car to Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill. We were long-time customers and have always been Honda owners. We will NEVER take another vehicle there and will make sure everyone we know stays away from Piazza Honda. Rip off artists at their finest, scammers, cheaters, until, that is, they met us. More

Our CRV was fixed at the Piazza Honda Body Shop in Drexel Hill, Pa. with over $8,000. in damages. The seat still needs fixed from the accident and the Body Shop says it can't even look at the car on a Monda Hill, Pa. with over $8,000. in damages. The seat still needs fixed from the accident and the Body Shop says it can't even look at the car on a Monday & Friday because they are Too busy. What kind of customer service is this? They are only open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. three days a week? I love the Service Dept at this dealership but the Body Shop needs to be more accessible and accountable. So I have to take at least a day off work on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday just for them to look at the car? Very disappointing! More
I was charged for a repair by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL that should have been covered completely under my Honda Care warranty. When I called Honda Care to ask them why I was charged for an alignment which that should have been covered completely under my Honda Care warranty. When I called Honda Care to ask them why I was charged for an alignment which was deemed necessary by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll after my warranty repair, it took them about 5 minutes to get a verbal confirmation from Mike Troll that I would be issued a refund for the portion of the repair for which I was charged. Then Mike himself phoned me to assure me that he had charged me in error and that I would be refunded the charge. Four months later no refund has been issued and Tony Feleci, the Service Manager at this dealership (PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL), does not seem to have a fire under him to get this resolved for me. According to a phone conversation I had with him on 8/15/06, even though I had been charged in error, I will not get a refund unless and until he gets HIS refund from Honda Care. This despite the fact that I was charged for an alignment that was done because PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll, by his own admission, was new on the job and didn't know that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the alignment. Tony Feleci (Service Manager) acknowledged the fact that I had been charged in error for a repair that shold be covered under my Honda Care warranty, and still will not issue me a refund. Honda Care has been more than accommodating in trying to resolve this issue. They have asked me to submit my invoice for the repair to them, and they will reimburse me directly and later settle the problem with the dealership, PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL. I thank them and look forward to a speedy resolution. I will never patronize this dealership, or any of the Piazza family of dealerships, again. I am considering never buying another Honda again based on the poor service experience I've suffered with PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL. Might I add that Joan, Gary, Stan, and yes, even Mike Troll of PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL are very courteous over the phone and in person, and with the exception of Mike Troll they are excellent customer service employees. I wish they could be part of another service team, one that doesn't charge customers for repairs that should be covered under warranty. I hope PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL understands that they have lost themselves a customer over the paltry sum of $95.35. More
