Good Experience I had an appointment for Friday morning and I dropped off the car mid Thursday afternoon. Second, I dropped my vehicle off at 10 AM and was told it would be completed by mid afternoon. I called at 2 PM wondering when it would be done, and was told it was getting dispatched as we spoke (this is now 3PM). My vehicle was not done until after 4PM. I believe mine was later than expected because I did not sit and wait. If I am dropping a vehicle off at 10AM I am under the impression it would be done within a few hours not 4 PM REGARDLESS if I am sitting in the waiting area or not. It should be first come first serve and align with appointment times. More

Still waiting on my car as of this review, but yesterday my insurance called to say they had approved the change in twilight (pizza had not realized it was an LED) They do seem to be working better directly with my insurance company than talking to me. Discourteous treatment. Since I was 7 minutes early for opening, they couldn’t let me in instead they made me go around to the side of the building and fill out the night drop form myself. I wasn’t even sure where the drop box was and one of the two men did get up and open the door slightly but only to tell me where drop box was. A very nice gentleman saw me (when I was done completing form) and took it inside for me. More

Least efficient place ever - But great Body Shop Work I had to go to Honda 4 times in one month because of the lack of efficiency and complete uselessness of calling anyone at Piazza Honda. First, my batt I had to go to Honda 4 times in one month because of the lack of efficiency and complete uselessness of calling anyone at Piazza Honda. First, my battery died. I arrived to get it replaced and everyone was amazing. I felt really great about the experience. Because my car also needed to be inspected, I asked for an inspection - knowing I would not pass that day because of the new battery and emissions test. I was told after waiting an hour that I would need my brake pads replaced. Great! I went to Honda for the second time, the next week to get my brake pads replaced. After happily working for my job in the waiting room for three hours while this got completed, I was told AGAIN that I would fail inspection because a crack in my lens was not fixed and my cracked bumper needed to be replaced. Why this wasn't told to me after the first inspection - I TRULY have no idea. AND HERE is where everything goes to complete shit and I will never come to Piazza again. I left with no inspection sticker while the parts for my bumper were ordered - all of this, still fine but really annoying considering now I have spent 4+ hours of my life at Piazza. I really hope you can look up my call records because that's where this really gets FUN! I called the body shop to ask how long this replacement would take to which I heard back "I dunno, a few days." And then I received a phone call on a Thursday that my parts were in. I called the service center 3-4 times after that to ask questions. 1. Do you give loaner cars? 2. If so can I get one because I live in Philadelphia and CAME to Piazza because I thought it would be a great experience. 3. How long will this all take? 4. Do you give loaner cars? I need to set up a ride for myself to get home! Each time, I left a message with someone and was told I would be called back. Nope. No information. Sent from service center, to advisor, left messages, and never received information at all. EVEN STILL, I brought my car to the body shop NOW PAST my inspection due date. As I handed in my car I finally got information: No we don't offer loaners & this will take 3 business days. So, annoyed as I am now stranded in Springfield, I asked that WHEN I PICK UP THIS CAR it will be PASSED inspection and I will drive it off the lot with inspection stickers. I was reassured that yes this will happen for me given that now I have given $2,000 in 3 weeks time and this is all completely insane because it's impossible to communicate with ANYONE in this "large place." - someone who took one of my many messages said "This is a large place, bare with us." When I arrived, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, my car had not been inspected. SHOCKING! and SO, I sit again in the waiting room for ANOTHER HOUR to get my car inspected for the third time. Sensing my frustrations, a few people at the service desk tried to be kind to me about the ridiculous expense of the bumper. Which, by the way, is the absolute least of my problems. Jon at the body shop made my car look brand new, the work was faster than I expected, his customer service was TRULY amazing, and he was almost as frustrated as me when my car still was not inspected. He was insanely helpful, and you can PLEASE TELL HIM Sam Florio says he is the only reason I would ever come back to Piazza Honda. I even considered calling his boss to share this so I really hope you let him know he is not as useless as everyone else. 600 words later I feel like it's important to mention I am 27 years old. That's probably not your normal age of someone who writes snotty and obnoxious reviews, and I just want to say I am damn proud of my millennial self for telling you all you can suck it and you are not efficient AT ALL. It's impossible to contact anyone and ask questions, and I left literally THRILLED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Even after sitting on it for 24 hours, I am still just as annoyed, frustrated, and excited to tell EVERYONE who is in the service center that they are probably all very kind people, but truly don't value you the customer or their time, only getting their job done and checking things off a list.
