Needed to get the car inspected & an emissions sticker (the car is emissions exempt). While there I also had a duplicate key/FOB programmed for the car because we had no spare. Service rep was very kind & friendly. He told me when I pulled up to express service line, he told they were very busy & my car probably wouldn’t be done until 3/4 pm. I said ok.
