I have given the rating of 5 due to the responsiveness of Frank Crinite. He did more for me as a customer then I have ever seen in from any dealer. I recently purchased a new CR-V from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill a few weeks ago. My salesman was great. Everything worked out to what we wanted on the sales end. After we got all the paper work togethe Drexel Hill a few weeks ago. My salesman was great. Everything worked out to what we wanted on the sales end. After we got all the paper work together thats where it went bad. We waited almost 45min to get in to see the finance manager Han. My salesman was very accommodating while we waited. Once we got into the office I said you must be busy we waited awhile. He responded very rude by saying "That happens". The whole time we were in there he was very short with us and we felt uncomfortable. I was buying almost a $30,000 car and he treated us like we were on a street corner. I wouldn't recommend this place because of how we were treated in that office. Other then that I was pleased with my experience. More
