I was told by the salesman and Springfield Honda that they would meet or beat any quote I received from another Honda dealership. Wanting to give my business to the the salesman I met with a week prior, I called him with a quote and then emailed it to him per his request. At this point he still said they could meet or beat the quote. A full day later, I received an email from him saying he could not match the price and congratulations on my new car. His word meant nothing and I am glad I didn't waste my time going back to their dealership to only find that they did not honor their promise. I would definitely not go to this dealership. I has a MUCH better experience elsewhere. More

A co-worker of mine recommended me to Piazza Honda of Springfield as he had purchased multiple vehicles from that dealership with very good deals. Upon arrival I visited Frank per my co-workers suggestion. Frank immediately found out what I was looking for and brought me the exact vehicle I desired. He worked with me with the price and we were able to settle on a very acceptable arrangement. It's was great working with him and this dealership with definitely see business from me in the future.
