My wife and I went to the dealership to see if we could trade in my 4 year old car and get something better. We knew what we wanted when we got there, and we were promptly greeted by Evan. He immediately showed us to the vehicle we were interested in looking at, and then took us inside to talk about our options. Although my trade in was not worth what I hoped it would be, we were able to arrive at an arrangement that worked out well for us. Evan treated us with respect and explained all parts of the process. We were able to leave in the new car about 2 hours after we arrived. I would recommend this dealer to friends. An overall positive experience. More

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everyone at Piazza Honda of Derexel Hill, and especially Trevor, made me, my wife nd son feel like family. We have heard of the many horror stories of people at Piazza Honda of Derexel Hill, and especially Trevor, made me, my wife nd son feel like family. We have heard of the many horror stories of people spending hours upon hours at dealerships wading through all of the negotiations and paperwork so we did NOT want that experience. We viewed the inventory online, selected the vehicle we wanted, worked out the details with Trevor, emailed the necessary documentation and showed up to the dealership to sign on the dotted line, write the check and drive away. This was stress free car shopping at its finest. Trevor guided us through the entire process and did so with a friendly and professional attitude. This is what a car buying experience should be like for everyone! More
