He asked me if I've seen the Pilot and I told him that I have already test driv Stopped by to purchase a new Pilot and was assigned to Mike Johnston. He asked me if I've seen the Pilot and I told him that I have already test driven it at another dealership. He then asked me impatiently what did I want from him. I replied I wanted to get a price quote from him for the new Pilot + get an estimate for the car I was trading in. He responded dismissively that I should bring back the quotes from the other dealerships and he will beat it by $300. I said I was still in the process of researching and wanted a price quote from his dealership. He brushed me off again telling me that doing so was a waste of both his & my time and to come back when I was ready to make a purchase. I was incredulous - this guy did not want to lift a finger to make the sale! I had to ask him THREE times to give me a price quote + get an estimate for my trade-in! He finally obliged unwillingly, taking down my info half-assedly (missing a digit in my phone #), and then quickly sent me on my way without giving my driver's license back - I had to come back after I was already on the road when I realized he did not give my driver's license back. The entire experience was surreal. I have never been treated so rudely at a car dealership. More

Terrible Service and Misdiagnosed Problem Went to get a minor repair completed. They came back to me with a $550 repair that I questioned and they did not take that well at all. Left dealership without having the repair and took my car over to Pep Boys where the repair was handeled for $18!!!! Will never go there to buy or have my car serviced again! Thanks Tony! Mike was very knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at and assisted us in making the best buying decision for us. He went out of his way, to make sure we were able to purchase the cars in the colors we wanted and assisted us in the financial aspects of the purchase. Mike made the purchase a wonderful experience for us and everything was ready when we went to the Business Manager, Nicholas Loscalzo, to complete the paper work. Most impressed with the salesmanship and overall courtesy. I know someone that purchased a car at Piazza and was very satisfied. This is how a Dealership should run. they strive to keep you a lifetime customer and I think I've found my dealership, I will be back next time I need a car. Typical Old School Techniques. I was interested in lease information for a Honda Accord. I am very knowledgeable in the leasing process. When I asked for ALL of the leasing numbers I was interested in lease information for a Honda Accord. I am very knowledgeable in the leasing process. When I asked for ALL of the leasing numbers and information I was told they would not provide that for me. How can I make a proper buying decision when I can't get the correct and honest information. I can't. Is Piazza Honda of Springfield trying to deceive me? Probably not, just prophet from me. That's ok, but sometimes when push comes to shove you have to give it up to sell a car. American Honda has some lease specials going on at the moment, why not at least quote that. The answer, greed. I will not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield. Their tactics are Old School and Unappealing. I in fact I will tell of my negative experience as often as possible, and definitely not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield...We can guess what the Managers are saying, we don't need or want to do business with a xxxxxx like that. The truth is, if you don't want to participate in today's business world and practices you shouldn't be in business. More
