I recently purchased a new CR-V from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill a few weeks ago. My salesman was great. Everything worked out to what we wanted on the sales end. After we got all the paper work together thats where it went bad. We waited almost 45min to get in to see the finance manager Han. My salesman was very accommodating while we waited. Once we got into the office I said you must be busy we waited awhile. He responded very rude by saying "That happens". The whole time we were in there he was very short with us and we felt uncomfortable. I was buying almost a $30,000 car and he treated us like we were on a street corner. I wouldn't recommend this place because of how we were treated in that office. Other then that I was pleased with my experience. More
Greg the salesman was really great, very informative and really listened.. The problem occurred when Greg was supposed to come back with the amount out payment would be on a Lease vs. purchasing, but came really listened.. We had waited about 15 minutes when Greg came back with "The Sales Manager" who was so busy telling us what we should be doing, that he was not listening to what we were saying. He had the price of the car, the term and with zero down... but he kept trying to get more information about us... He talked over my wife twice while she was explaining our position. and finally he threw a paper in the air, and stormed away from us... in the showroom in front of other customers, yelling out that he could not do business with us. We felt ambushed... that he was not listening...and we feel he had an agenda and when we would not comply he thought we were a waste of his time. More
I had a very pleasant experience at Piazza Honda Drexel Hill! My salesman, John Callahan, was very friendly and easy to work with. He did not pressure me into my sale either. I received an email from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill stating that Honda was offering a double incentive for current Honda owners. I was interested in a 2010 Accord Coupe and Piazza did not have it in s stating that Honda was offering a double incentive for current Honda owners. I was interested in a 2010 Accord Coupe and Piazza did not have it in stock. So I contacted other dealerships that had an Accord Coupe in stock but they were not recognizing this Honda special loyalty program/double incentive reward. Piazza Honda located the exact model and color that I wanted and had it at their business the next day. Forgot to mention, I live 2 hrs from this dealership and they got the car without a down payment from me. The price was below invoice, great deal, great salesman. More
We already bought 2 Honda Civics from Piazza, so we thought we could expect a good price and decent service. First, Rob quoted me an incorrect finance rate of .09% -- it was actually 1.9%. They act like they are doing you a big favor selling you a car. When we showed them a lower quote from Conicelli, the sales manager responded arrogantly: If you can buy the car cheaper from another dealer, go ahead! Also when we bought a Civic from this dealer in January (paying cash) they did not have the car ready when my husband came and kept him waiting so long he finally rescheduled his "appointment" to get the car, and when we finally got the car it had 50 miles on the odometer. We bought from Conicelli and they were superior in every way, a real class act. We will never deal with Piazza Honda again. More
I was charged for a repair by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL that should have been covered completely under my Honda Care warranty. When I called Honda Care to ask them why I was charged for an alignment which that should have been covered completely under my Honda Care warranty. When I called Honda Care to ask them why I was charged for an alignment which was deemed necessary by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll after my warranty repair, it took them about 5 minutes to get a verbal confirmation from Mike Troll that I would be issued a refund for the portion of the repair for which I was charged. Then Mike himself phoned me to assure me that he had charged me in error and that I would be refunded the charge. Four months later no refund has been issued and Tony Feleci, the Service Manager at this dealership (PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL), does not seem to have a fire under him to get this resolved for me. According to a phone conversation I had with him on 8/15/06, even though I had been charged in error, I will not get a refund unless and until he gets HIS refund from Honda Care. This despite the fact that I was charged for an alignment that was done because PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll, by his own admission, was new on the job and didn't know that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the alignment. Tony Feleci (Service Manager) acknowledged the fact that I had been charged in error for a repair that shold be covered under my Honda Care warranty, and still will not issue me a refund. Honda Care has been more than accommodating in trying to resolve this issue. They have asked me to submit my invoice for the repair to them, and they will reimburse me directly and later settle the problem with the dealership, PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL. I thank them and look forward to a speedy resolution. I will never patronize this dealership, or any of the Piazza family of dealerships, again. I am considering never buying another Honda again based on the poor service experience I've suffered with PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL. Might I add that Joan, Gary, Stan, and yes, even Mike Troll of PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL are very courteous over the phone and in person, and with the exception of Mike Troll they are excellent customer service employees. I wish they could be part of another service team, one that doesn't charge customers for repairs that should be covered under warranty. I hope PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL understands that they have lost themselves a customer over the paltry sum of $95.35. More
