He was helpful, kind and courteous. Mike showed us how to set up the car and use all the features, like changing the seating configuration and hooking up our phones. He also showed us how to change things like the windows and set-up the ways the locks worked. We had looked at other dealers and the people working there were very pushy, trying to get us to buy something when we were not ready. I did not get that from Mike at all. Mike found us exactly what we were looking for and gave us a good deal. I would definitely recommend Mike Johnston at Piazza Honda in Springfield. More

We had a 2005 Pilot and were thinking of trading 5 Star service from start to finish!! We first met Jim when the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline came out. We had a 2005 Pilot and were thinking of trading it in. He showed us the new truck and it's features with no pressure to buy. We met with him again this summer to look at new Pilots and again he was very professional, answered all of our questions and never pressured us to do anything immediately. After reviewing all of the features of the different SUV's we decided to buy a new 2018 Honda CRV. We shopped all of the local dealers to see who could give us the best deal and came back to Jim to see what he could offer.
