Frank is always courteous and pleasant. He has a "no hassle" approach and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. Whether that means finding a vehicle in a particular color or model, or giving expert advice on choosing a sedan or an SUV, Frank is the best! He even throws in little extras that make a big difference to the customer. We have recommended Frank many to times to our family and friends.With each purchase; we leave the showroom after a pleasant experience, feeling that we paid a fair price for a great car with excellent sales service. In addition, the staff in the new car showroom is friendly and helpful, and the prices at Piazza Honda are very competitive. If you have ever shopped for a new car with pushy salespeople, you will appreciate the way the staff at Piazza Honda treats their customers. They exceed expectations in all aspects of the car buying process which can often be horrendous! We service all of our Hondas (we currently own three) at the dealership in Drexel Hill. Again, the staff in the service department could not be nicer or more helpful. If your car needs a repair, they explain everything to you and often give discounts based on current promotions etc. It is another reason why we continue to purchase vehicles at Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill.
