Went in for service left with a new car I went into Piazza Jonda to have my 2012 Honda Civic serviced. I was greeted by a pleasant service advisor, Dawn Whitt. She helped me get my car in I went into Piazza Jonda to have my 2012 Honda Civic serviced. I was greeted by a pleasant service advisor, Dawn Whitt. She helped me get my car in and we talked about the civic as she too owned the same car. I told her I would be waiting and probably looking around at new cars, as I wanted a second car. She told me that when I was ready to test drive to let her know and she would get me together with a salesman. When I was ready, she introduced me to Adam Kaper. He listened to what I was interested in and we test drive the 2018 Accord. He told me to take my time droff bing around. He explained all the features in the car and he made me feel comfortable. I was not looking to leave that day with a new car but Adam helped me get the best deal for me and made me feel really comfortable. Also, service did a great job on my Civic. I appreciate all the help from both Adam and Dawn. More

I was coming to the end of my lease and deciding what to do. I only went to this dealership because I wasn’t pleased with the last dealership. From beginning to end Geoffrey made sure I was selecting the right car for me. Geoffrey shared some of his customer service experience with me which I’m also apart of. So I knew from the start the type of salesperson I was dealing. In today’s market that can make or break the deal if you don’t like who your buying from. So Geoffrey took me for test drive in the new Honda Accord. It’s incredible the difference 3 years make. I was driving a 2015 accord. The advanced technology and if ur an iPhone owner I’ll enjoy everything the Accord has to offer. For me it was soooo impressive! A car more suited for someone leaning towards more luxury car market. Then Geoffrey introduced me to the new Honda Civic. As the saying goes this is not ur grandma’s Honda Civic! Wow!! You must see to believe this car. I’m not gonna go on about how great this car is and you’ll see if u come to Piazza Honda of Springfield. I bought it. A new lease in my beautiful Honda Civic!!! I couldn’t be happier !! More

We had such a positive experience that when it was time for me to buy a new car, I knew that I had to go to back to Carlos. He was extremely patient, reliable, and genuinely a nice guy. Carlos worked with me over a span of a few weeks to help me feel 110% comfortable choosing a vehicle to finance. He was responsive via phone and email and always answered any questions that I had. He took time to schedule test drives with me and helped me evaluate pros and cons of the different models that I was considering. I ultimately ended up financing a Honda Pilot and could not be happier with my decision. I'd highly recommend working with Carlos to all of my friends and family! More
