Seriously the best!!! I purchased a car in October and just purchased another this past week. Frank Crinite was amazing!! He helped my husband and I make both purchases. I sent my brother the next day and Frank made the impossible possible for him! He purchased a 2015 Civic si. Three days later I then sent my cousin who also purchased!!! clean facility, bad service Horrible experience! I test drove a Honda here the other weekend and left to try out similar cars by different makers. I was told by the salesman an Horrible experience! I test drove a Honda here the other weekend and left to try out similar cars by different makers. I was told by the salesman and Springfield Honda that they would meet or beat any quote I received from another Honda dealership. Wanting to give my business to the the salesman I met with a week prior, I called him with a quote and then emailed it to him per his request. At this point he still said they could meet or beat the quote. A full day later, I received an email from him saying he could not match the price and congratulations on my new car. His word meant nothing and I am glad I didn't waste my time going back to their dealership to only find that they did not honor their promise. I would definitely not go to this dealership. I has a MUCH better experience elsewhere. More
