He made the experience seamless, stressless, and exciting! He made the documents part of the sale very easy and I got the very best deal possible. I was impressed that he found a great car for me on very short notice and it was a good fit. I bought my car on a snow-storm day. Before I left the dealership, he gave me a gift that is mandatory in Delaware County for snow days: milk, bread, and eggs! It was clever, kind, and funny! Then, he asked me to walk the "red carpet" to have my photo taken, making me feel very special for being the new owner of a beautiful car. I will see Frank again when I purchase my next car.
