Excellent service - I'll go out of my way to go back I've had two oil changes so far on my year-old Civic. The first time, I ran into the mother of a high school friend whom I haven't seen in a couple ye I've had two oil changes so far on my year-old Civic. The first time, I ran into the mother of a high school friend whom I haven't seen in a couple years. She works in sales and we had a very pleasant conversation while I waited for my service to finish up. More recently, I was parking for express service, and a gentleman recognized my face from a vacation in Jamaica from 8 months ago. He happened to be getting married at the same resort that I was staying at, and remembered our conversation. I'm two for two on receiving customer service that makes you feel like home. There's a Honda dealer closer to where I live, and I'll choose the friendly faces of Springfield over them every time. More
