Pre-Owned Certified 2016 Honda HR-V SE In August 2018 I discussed the specifications and color I wanted in an HR-V. 2 weeks ago I was at Piazza for service on my older vehicle. As I was lea In August 2018 I discussed the specifications and color I wanted in an HR-V. 2 weeks ago I was at Piazza for service on my older vehicle. As I was leaving the lot the GM flagged me down and pointed to an HR-V in Obsidian Blue , I stopped in front of of him and said, this is your car. I told him I would be by later and did. I placed a down payment to hold, because I was on my way to attend a sick relative that week. The following week I had my dream car. Everyone was so helpful, and happy for me. Good Experience I had an appointment for Friday morning and I dropped off the car mid Thursday afternoon. I did not receive a call that the car was ready Friday after I had an appointment for Friday morning and I dropped off the car mid Thursday afternoon. I did not receive a call that the car was ready Friday afternoon until I called that afternoon to check on the status. As soon as I called I received a call that the car was done. I wonder how long it had been done and why I did not get a call. More

Not timely Two issues stemmed from this issue. First I was walked through services needed and agreed and then was not given pricing until after. I could have min Two issues stemmed from this issue. First I was walked through services needed and agreed and then was not given pricing until after. I could have minimized the cost by replacing my own filters. Second, I dropped my vehicle off at 10 AM and was told it would be completed by mid afternoon. I called at 2 PM wondering when it would be done, and was told it was getting dispatched as we spoke (this is now 3PM). My vehicle was not done until after 4PM. I believe mine was later than expected because I did not sit and wait. If I am dropping a vehicle off at 10AM I am under the impression it would be done within a few hours not 4 PM REGARDLESS if I am sitting in the waiting area or not. It should be first come first serve and align with appointment times. More
