Over the past several years unfortunately the service department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my ve department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my vehicles are serviced for routine maintenance I will receive a call suggesting "additional" needs. At least one time I was told I needed a timing. belt change in timing belt for a cost over $2,000. The car had 59,000 miles on it. I checked with another local mechanic who checked with Acura and told me only under severe driving conditions would I need that, otherwise at 100,000 miles (and his cost $1100). More

Unfortunately,, this dealership did away with no appointment oil changes, so it’s not possible to drop in for service as knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been been a loyal Acura customer for over 31 years purchasing 10 new cars since 1988. Beyond the quality of the cars themselves is the great sales personnel at point of sale, the outstanding body shop purchasing 10 new cars since 1988. Beyond the quality of the cars themselves is the great sales personnel at point of sale, the outstanding body shop which I have used exclusively for all of the cars needing body work, and of course the service dept that has had repaired and maintained all of these vehicles. All of my service experiences has been excellent. From the service advisers to the service techs I have always received excellent results. This current repair on my 2005 MDX was no exception. Mike did a great job in scheduling and follow up..friendly and profe. and professional. Richie the tech who has handled most of the repairs an. and service is just excellent. More
