Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Wait time for explanation way too long. Staff not exceedingly willing to step up and take responsibility for explanations. Car in for service for 3 days with no final disgnostic solution. Seems like no sense of urgency, either. When calling service dept., were bounced around several times and have to introduce one's self and provide reason for call 4 different times. And, as always, fees for service are astronomically through the roof!! More

Very dissatisfied! Needed a new tire. Spare was unexpectedly left in the back of my vehicle. Back of my vehicle is still in disarray. Discovered at a shopping trip as I attempted to load my car. My car needed to have Engine rings replaced as part of a warranty/recall so I brought my car in on Sunday for a Monday appointment. I had not heard anything by Friday evening so I called around 6pm to check warranty/recall so I brought my car in on Sunday for a Monday appointment. I had not heard anything by Friday evening so I called around 6pm to check the status of my car and was told that since it was close to closing someone would give me a call the next day. No problem. No one called the next day, so I called in the afternoon to check again. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was busy but that he would call me back. When I asked if he would call me back that day, I was told rudely “MA’AM he’s almost done“. I did not receive a call back that day. After I picked my car up for service I noticed that the engine sounded louder than normal. I called and left a message for the service department on Wednesday morning and I’m still waiting to hear back. More
