Our CR-V had an unusual problem and we think it was handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor to replace the airbag harness and other items. Our insurance covered most of the cost. We do harbor apprehension that rodent damage could occur again and are taking some preventive measures with rodent poison and scents they dislike. An interesting experience but it was well handled.
