When I called to make the appt I specifically asked for the B oil change (oil change with multi point inspection they rotate the tires and inspect the whole car). When the woman (I can’t remember her name) called me to tell me my car was done and told me how much it was going to be, I asked if I had received the multi point inspection (specifically if my tires were rotated and everything checked…she said yes. I left work to pick up my car and when I got to the counter I asked again what oil change was performed and was told the basic oil change. I asked why when I specifically requested the other service…another girl asked what code was on my car…not that it matters because I asked for this service…but the code was for the oil change with the multi point inspection. NO ONE could explain why my car just got an oil change. This is the second time I have brought my car to Reading Honda Acura and they just gave me the basic service. Mr. Delgado stepped up and also asked me what code was on my car🙄…again what does that matter if I asked for the other service to be performed. I had to point out that i had checked it on the drop off box envelope that I wanted the B oil change. I also want to state that I only bring my car to Reading Honda Acura for oil changes because I had a bad experience with service back in November…I was told my car needed all this work and it was going to be like $1500…the girl was really persistent about me getting the work done…I took my car to the Acura dealer I bought my car from and was told I didn’t need brakes, calibers or a strut….ever since Acura is doing their service over on the Honda side I have had bad experiences every time. Also, Mr. Delgado stated to me about with everything going on in the world it’s hard to get people to work…I understand the problems because of the pandemic and that people do not want to go to work…but the people that choose to work still have to do their jobs. Mr. Delgado did offer to take my car back and perform the services that weren’t done but I left work and had to get back…the job should have been done right from the beginning…I’m over Reading Honda and Acura More

I believe I'm on my 7th MDX and have always used Piazza service center. I've never felt that they've done something unnecessary or taken advantage of me.
