Great counter tech, I was kept up to date about my car. Now the bad news is that the dealership is charging an additional 3.5% fee to use a credit card. I feel the prices for service are already at the top end of the scale for Honda/Acura and this just adds insult to injury. It's another hidden price increase during rough economic times. Just another reason for customers to skip any preventative maintenance and do the bare minimum to get by. More
