Horrible place horrible customer service. Had to wait 3 years for a fuel pump recall. When the part came in the car was service but I didn’t ask for negative star customer service. The ballet driver (Manny) threatened my family member in parking lot in front of a small child. When it was brought to the supervisors attention (who couldn’t handle an upset customer the correct way) told the ballet driver to remain in back. Told my family member that he couldn’t express his frustrations out and did offer to place gas in car but when the situation came to reality she didn’t want to help never place gas in car and told us she was done and wasn’t going to help us no more. We didn’t leave the parking lot yet and the same ballet driver who threatened my family member came outside again (wasn’t disciplined or sent home) harassing my family member again! Called Honda customer service and they couldn’t do nothing since Reading is privately owned. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO BACK TO READING HONDA OR BUYING AND OWNING ANOTHER HONDA VEHICLE AGAIN! More
