First Oil Change with my new car I like the dealership and my car buying experience was great! Honestly for my first service appointment it was a bit disappointing. I expected to I like the dealership and my car buying experience was great! Honestly for my first service appointment it was a bit disappointing. I expected to have somewhat of the same experience as my last dealership, it was not at all. I did not speak to anyone about my car at all, no one seemed interested in me as a new customer. The customer in front of me when I was checking out seemed very frustrated at the girl behind the counter, and the girl seemed not to care too much. It was very confusing listening to their conversation about the women's bill. I do live about an hour from the dealership and believe I will look for another Acura dealer closer to where I live. More

Great service. I was in and out in an appropriate amount of time. It was my first time back for my state inspection and oil change so I was able to take advantage of the first free oil change. I had all of of time. It was my first time back for my state inspection and oil change so I was able to take advantage of the first free oil change. I had all of my required service completed in addition to the state inspection and oil change. They took my car in right away. The waiting area offers coffee, tea, water and snacks...don’t forget free WiFi which was nice since I could get some work done while I was waiting. More
