Very dissatisfied! Needed a new tire. Spare was unexpectedly left in the back of my vehicle. Back of my vehicle is still in disarray. Discovered at a shopping trip as I attempted to load my car. Just discovered yesterday that the rear of my vehicle is still not set right after a return trip to the dealership to have it corrected. Very dissatisfied! More

My car needed to have Engine rings replaced as part of a warranty/recall so I brought my car in on Sunday for a Monday appointment. I had not heard anything by Friday evening so I called around 6pm to check warranty/recall so I brought my car in on Sunday for a Monday appointment. I had not heard anything by Friday evening so I called around 6pm to check the status of my car and was told that since it was close to closing someone would give me a call the next day. No problem. No one called the next day, so I called in the afternoon to check again. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was busy but that he would call me back. When I asked if he would call me back that day, I was told rudely “MA’AM he’s almost done“. I did not receive a call back that day. After I picked my car up for service I noticed that the engine sounded louder than normal. I called and left a message for the service department on Wednesday morning and I’m still waiting to hear back. More
